Feast of Mangalitza pork:

Mangalitza is the porcine equivalent to Wagyu beef - heavily marbled with a sweet and complex flavour, it is perfect for both our home cured charcuterie and rendering slowly over the wood fire. Our happy tribe of pigs are fed on a regeneratively farmed whole crop from Gothelney Farm, and allowed to mature slowly, just as this rare Hungarian breed should. Served with autumnal vegetables and salads from the no-dig garden and hedgerows, along with several other treats from the farm.
