Our final Farm Feasts for this year are on the 12th, 13th and 14th of December - 🎄FESTIVE MENU BELOW🎄The tree will be up, the lights will be twinkling and the fire will be roaring…we are even throwing in a shot of our homemade cherry brandy to warm the Christmas cockles! Our Mangalitza pigs are central to so much of what we do here on the farm, from the home cured charcuterie, to our Tuscan sausages cooking over fire for breakfast and the slow roasting of an aromatic porchetta. Our happy pigs are free to roam and forage from the hedgerows and pasture. We supplement this natural diet with a wonderful porridge of grains and peas from our friends @gothelneyfarmer - in winter we serve it nice and hot to warm their cockles on a frosty morn.
